Sticky Tracks

I wish this was my sirens’ song.
You’d hear it once, then all day long.
A cheeky chant with groovy vibes;
A wiley hymn to bait a tribe.
A ballad cry you’d turn up high
To soothe and toast the hard goodbyes.
I wish it’d flirt with honey rhymes
And chewy nouns that stick and chime;
Like coffee dusted peachy cheeks
and melted fingers butter sheets.
A bewitching lullaby that moaned
And smushed in yes in crowds of no.
I wish this was your favorite track;
You’d sing it once, and then come back.
